How to use our bench scraper:

• Decide where to cut;
• Hold the handle, press down the bench scraper into the dough from top to the bottom to get a clean cut of your dough;
• Hold the scraper at a shallow angle against your countertop and scrape whatever is left into a container to clean the workplace.
